We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on any Shift Tracker subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will process it — no explanation required.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Shift Tracker purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@puckstats.app with your order details and we will arrange the refund for you.
When You'll Get Your Money Back
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, visit paddle.net or email support@puckstats.app.
