Privacy Policy

Shift Tracker is operated by Rouge Industries LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), trading as "Shift Tracker". We provide tools for high school hockey and lacrosse players to log and visualize their game statistics. Rouge Industries LLC is the data controller for personal information processed through the service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described below.

• Account information. Your email address and a hashed password when you create an account.
• Player profile. Optional details you provide such as name, jersey number, position, age, height, weight, and season start date.
• Game data. Stats, shots, shifts, and notes you log for each game.
• Technical data. Basic device, browser, and usage information (e.g. log timestamps and error reports) used to keep the service reliable.

• To create and secure your account and authenticate sign-ins.
• To store, display, and analyze the stats you log.
• To diagnose bugs, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
• To contact you about important account or service updates.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your game data for advertising.

Where required, we rely on (a) performance of a contract to provide the service you requested, (b) our legitimate interest in operating and securing the app, and (c) your consent for any optional features that ask for it.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security so each user can only read and modify their own profile and games. Despite our safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers that host the database and run the application on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases. When you subscribe, Paddle processes your payment, billing, tax, invoicing, and any refunds, and we share the limited personal data (such as your email and order details) necessary for them to do so. • Professional advisers (such as legal and accounting providers) where reasonably necessary to operate our business.
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We keep your account and stats for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual games at any time. When you delete your account, your profile and games are removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support@puckstats.app.

You can request deletion of your account at any time from the Profile page or by emailing support@puckstats.app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Shift Tracker is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to cache app data for offline use. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
